What to Expect

Designed to help athletes with an established baseline maximize their athletic potential. Whether you're a varsity athlete looking to gain an edge on the competition or a JV athlete looking to catch the coaches eye, this program focuses on improving the athletic skills that make the most impact. Through expert coaching, targeted drills, and scientifically proven training techniques, participants will develop quicker reaction times, faster sprint speeds, and greater overall athleticism. Structured sessions include sprint mechanics, plyometric training, strength development, and agility drills tailored to each athlete’s needs.

Small groups for focused attention

Keeping the ratio of coaches to athlete low enough to allow specific and individualized work, so specifics can be improved for each athlete.

Injury prevention and mobility work

The best athlete is an available athlete. We include mobility and “prehab” movements in every session to help keep athletes available to train, and play.

Pre and post program testing metrics

We will take assessments and metrics on your athlete’s abilities on day 1 in a variety of movements including vertical jump, broad jump, sprint timing, and agility drills. We will complete an end of training assessment in these same metrics to see progress.

Progressive programming to grow with your athlete’s ability

Though the Learn to Lift + Train program is designed to be foundational, our coaches will scale and progress programming to your athlete’s skill. Though the routine will be similar, the exercises and intensity will be customized.
